Jennifer Bazer

About Us

Inclusive Access Solutions is led by Jennifer Bazer. Jennifer graduated with her master's in social work from the University of South Carolina, Columbia. As a person who is blind, she has worked in the fields of individual and group counseling, job placement, assistive technology training, and sales.

Jennifer was the president of the National Federation of the Blind of South Carolina, NFB of SC where she organized fundraisers, was involved in community outreach and engagement, raised awareness in the legislature, advocated for the rights of people with disabilities, and formed committees to fulfill her work in the NFB of SC.

As the former director of Successful Transitions, a program under the NFB of SC to provide pre-employment transition services to youth who are blind and with other disabilities, she exponentially grew the program from $180,000 a year to $3,000,000 per year. The program assisted youth with disabilities in the areas of self-advocacy, work-readiness, college tours and exploration, paid internships, orientation and mobility, Braille and assistive technology.

Jennifer has a passion for the disability community. Using her education, her professional experience and her life experience as a person who is blind, she seeks to help people who are blind and with other disabilities reach their highest potential and achieve their goals. She also wants to insure businesses, manufacturers, and organizations are inclusive and accessible to the disability community with their products, their space, their language and their actions.
